I love the idea of a premiere golf course. I hate the idea of commercial buildings that are closed up due to lack of workers and customers. Please Keep it to residential.

We have empty commercial buildings in Sunset beach; we do NOT need commercial buildings in our residential areas of Sea Trail.

I own Club Villa 11c which backs up to this property and I would much rather look out my condo and see other club villas rather then looking at the rear of commercial buildings with their dumpsters and refuge. Also who as a new potential homeowner want to pull into a main entrance to the community and the first thing they see is a strip mall . Not to impressive to me for first impressions!

Please keep our community as it was originally planned maintaining the trees which are very important for our environment and the beauty of Sea Trail.

We currently have enough residential traffic at our entrances without adding commercial businesses and more traffic to these areas. Duplexes would help to lesson this traffic problem.

Sea Trail would be better served with duplexes. We have traffic enough residential traffic now at each entrance and exit without adding commercial traffic to the mix.

Commercial development should not be near residential neighborhoods.

Yes I hate to see those beautiful trees destroyed. It reminds me of the love that people have for the survival of the banyan tree in Lahaina.

I don't think any retail shops belong in a "premiere" golf community. Riptide's description. You won't find them in Hilton Head or Pebble Beach.

It seems Riptide is interested in additional 'rental units' and this definitely speaks to their need with adding duplexes vs. commercial.

Please consider keeping the commercial away from the entrances. We don’t want to end up looking like the entrance to Waterford in Leland. Thank you.
Thank you.

I agree that this would reflect our predominantly residential neighborhood established over the past 40+ years & would complement the Sea Trail community.
