Appeal To Maintain Existing Boat Slips
Dear Scott Stevenson:
Cc: Jay Korn
Subjec: Requesting response for appeal to maintain boat slips on D-Dock.
We the D Dock community are formally asking to present you a formal appeal for the reinstatement of Michael Raimo, Robin Copping of the Soggy Dollar and Kevin and Jessica Riley of Lakefront Property onto D Dock.
We confirm that they have not been the source of your perceived problem on D Dock and there are no issues with them as they have a track record of 15 years and 18 years respectively plus of getting along well with others on this dock . We feel this decision was made by error and request you reverse this decision which was made with incomplete and erroneous information. Again, we wish to appeal this decision and move them back to their slips or somewhere on D - dock. We greatly appreciate your effort in correcting this situation.
We have no complaints of any kind against these people and feel that they are extremely considerate to all their neighbors.
We as a boating community do not want these people or any others whom are victimized on the dock thrown off of the dock simply because they have been on the receiving end of abuse and mistreatment.
Such is our concern that if they are not reinstated then we would like a dock wide meeting date scheduled in the next week where we are given reassurances that anyone else that is a victim of abuse, they will not held responsible and punished for that abuse.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
