I think this show is good family entertainment and ginseng has been a mountain mainstay in our culture. I think the culture deserves a spotlight.

I went to school with Rufus...he in no way shape or form a fake. He is a rare breed and has always been a self sufficient person. I understand that for TV purposes there has to be some drama added for intertainment . I love this show because I am from the mountains of WV...born and raised. I love this show and don't understand the cancellation of it when there is so many other fakes on your networks. I would much rather watch this group of HILLBILLIES than look at Bruce (?) Jenner any second of any day !!!! There is so much bad and garbage on Television today and I love to watch something that is no only entertaining but also teaching others to follow traditions and ways of living that are a dying craft. On your networks there are several shows I watch....I always love A&E ....History...and Discovery...etc I I will no longer support this network following the cancellation of Appalachian Outlaws, My loyalties are with them.

I luv this show and I'm from N.J. Plz don't write it off so quick this is really a great and educational show in the sense of the history of Appalachian Mountains I even watch repeats whenever possible Thank You
