As Texans, we want to apologize to the rest of the country for the actions of some of our elected officials in the past few weeks. First, Ken Paxton, for his egregious lawsuit filed against the recent Presidential elections in four other states. Although we tolerate him as he awaits trial for his own alleged crimes, we are sorry that he used our toleration as an excuse to cause grief for others.

Also, as Texans, we want to apologize for Ted Cruz and his eagerness to speak on behalf of the ridiculous lawsuit before the Supreme Court. Although we have learned to live with his massive ego (remember, this is Texas so there is room for massive egos), we are sorry that other states, with the exception of Alaska, don't have room for such expanse. We're sorry that he was allowed to leave the state and impose himself on innocent states.

Finally, as Texans, we want to apologize for Louie Gohmert being himself.
