Addington Place HOA has been in place for 20+ years. We feel that it has run its course and now is the time to dissolve the HOA because, among many other complaints:

• It appears our dues go only to the cost of Management Trust's services
• They send nasty notes and fines to homeowners for unimportant issues such as garbage cans being visible, unapproved "structures" (a canopy set up for 24 hours for a block party), unkempt yards, etc.
• They take no action on important issues, such as cleaning up a vacant property after SWAT team activity left broken glass and numerous tear gas canisters outside. Our yellow curbs need to be re-painted.
• The board takes months to approve exterior house paint changes. Most of us cannot wait that long, especially because our weather gives us small windows to have painting completed.

Please sign the petition below if you would like to see the Addington Place Homeowners Association dissolved. Here's the fine print:

1. You must provide your street address to be counted. This is to ensure that you are a part of the APHOA, and we receive only one signature per household (we don't want to give them any reason to doubt the legitimacy of this petition). Don't worry; it won't be visible to anyone but the petition moderator.
2. Only one signature per household. Duplicate signatures from the same households will be deleted.
3. In the comments section, feel free to mention specific instances when you thought the APHOA acted inadequately.
