I am seeking people who are in favor of our new housing project near BSU campus at 2189 W Boise Avenue. The city hearing will occur on January 10th, 2022. Part of the city of Boise's consideration for the project is neighbor input. It doesn't matter if you own, rent, or are in a dormitory. If you are 18 or over and live in Boise, this is your chance to let the city know that you are in favor of it!

The project includes 12 nicely appointed 4 and 5 bedroom apartments. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the common area kitchen and living room is spacious with large windows. Outdoor amenities include covered bike parking, BBQ pavilion and synthetic turf area, perfect for games like cornhole or spikeball.

As a landlord in the area, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find a rental in this location. Assuming we get approval, I hope to be able to take our first tenants in August 2023.
