Cannot believe this rubbish has got any traction. Women have the right to their own spaces and to fight the various injustices meted out to them without having to stand aside for men who think they are women. Ridiculous. Men cannot be women.

The proposal that we are to dismiss science & biology to accommodate the feelings about "identity" of a group of people is in itself ridiculous. But thinking about the further implications as outlined in the petition letter, is overwhelming; the more I think about it, the more situations I can think of that this will be devastating, leaving biological women & girls as the group of people that are in effect, excluded & again, as in the past, discriminated against on the basis of their sex.

This petition expresses what so many of us feel. The rights of women to privacy, dignity, safety, fairness in sport, academia and work and the right to protect our children from abuse by men are all being taken away, with the change in the definition of our sex. According to science and fact based medicine, only biological women can be defined as women but men who want to be women have stole our definition from us. They will erase us completely unless we fight back. Please sign the petition!

It's just unbelievable, and sadly most people don't know it's happening and still have faith that at least well educated, scientific professionals must know about biology. Sadly not.
