Gender identity does not override biological reality

So does it work both ways? Can any woman be considered a man if she identifies as such?
I wonder if within the workplace what would happen if all women were to "identify" as men? Would the glass ceiling shatter? Would we suddenly get an immediate pay rise with a lifetime of back pay? I doubt it!

Women & children's safe places shoukd not be compromised.
Women need a real future in sport, male biological advantage is detrimental to women & girl's sport.

Women already have health problems because males are tested instead of us. We are working to change that. If we allow males to say they are us then they can be used in our studies and that doesnt help women. That hurts us. Males are not us. And its insulting and abusive to say they are.

We are born with (not assigned) a sex and will die with the same sex no matter how many drugs we ingest and surgeries we undergo. A man is a man forever. A woman is a woman forever. Simple. biology 101

As a biologist i find this embarassing. It confounds gender and sex and is blatently incorrect, has a raft of negative impacts particlarly on women and science. Being correct on this is not discriminatory or phobic, it is just correct. Nor does it take away from any rights movements, but such a loose definition has an ovious impact for the identity of woman.
Women's rights need to be upheld.
Biology is more important than feelings.
Please, save women from being erased!
