Women are adult human females. Being a woman is a biological fact, not a feeling, or high heels and makeup. You have no right to erase the existence of half of the world's population.

I find it quite odd that to battle the inequity of the sex balance in science they are asking for support for more women in science, while also defining women as “cisgender, transgender, non-binary and intersex persons who identify as girls or women”.
So basically women and men which makes this whole project entirely defunct.
Ps cisgender is offensive to biological women - definition “Adult Human Female”. We don’t need a prefix!

I am a physician. I am baffled that a supposedly Scientific body is re-defining the word 'Woman' unilaterally & will make the term meaningless for a long-neglected population. You should be embarrassed to even consider it.

I cannot agree with this. A woman does not have a penis. Simply stating you are a woman should not mean you are treated as a woman and have access to women’s spaces.
