Please hear our request. Dr. Mills has been an amazing leader and has impacted the life of my daughter tremendously in such a positive way. I pray that you reconsider.

Dr. Mills, an educated Latino woman was an amazing principal. She cared about the students quality of education, their wellbeing, was creating a safe space for our children. False accusations of Dr. Mills character is a true reflection of the Archdiocese abuse of power and poor leadership. In the 13 years of our children attending Catholic school, Marty West has historically turned a blind eye to many alarming issues in several Catholic schools, yet she remains employed and praised by the Archdiocese. In one year, Dr. Mills promoted positive and much needed change at Antonian and she is punished for it. This is the second petition I sign as a parent in an effort to restore the integrity of other principal’s who were wrongly accused. Again, the misuse of abuse of power by one person, Marty West. Where is her accountability? My husband and I have years of involvement in our children’s Catholic education by participating in school committees and again it fell on deaf ears when it reached the archdiocese. Where is the accountability there? Again, abuse of power and injustice by not allowing the voices of students and parents be the the voice of reason. This action taken against Dr. Mills doesn’t follow the teaching of the Catholic Church, instead it sends the message of hypocrisy and hatred.

Our kids deserve stability and people who are committed, present and, loving. . Dr. Mills exemplifies a true servant’s heart and is Antonian. She created a home again at ACP for “her” kids. Don’t take her away now.

Our kids deserve stability in their education and a safe place to attend school. Dr. Ruiz-Mills has helped provide both. The campus looks better than it has in years. This news of her release is distressing to me as a parent.

Please investigate the termination of Dr Mills contract to not return in 2024/2025 school year As a first year experience family to ACP the leadership has been only the best experience. The change of leadership year after year is not positive for the students and over commitment to ACP.

Parent of two Antonian students who would like to have Dr. Mills contract renewed. Parent who has heard directly from students of the sadness to see her let go. Education should never be a political toll.

I am a parent of an Antonian student and have 100% confidence in principal Dr. Ruiz-Mills. I pray she is reinstated.

Dr. Ruiz-Mills is amazing and did nothing but positive things for the ACP community. We are confused by her dismissal. She attended every single event-every 1st Sunday mass, every game-name the sport, any &every single thing the school had for students and/or parents. And she knew us-she quickly learned who was who and why we we were there - she gave more than just her required time - so very confused why her contract would not be renewed. We should all be begging her to continue to do all she has done for this school. Please reconsider and allow ACP to grow in everyway with leadership that tends to the growth. Praying for the future of Antonian.
