I resigned from ASH 8 years ago. Their reimbursement rate is far lower than far labor for acupuncture services. They paid only $41 for each session, no matter you spent 12 minutes or over an hour on a patient. The consequence is lowering the treatment quality of patients. I strongly oppose their monopoly control over the complimentary medical insurance market.

ASH’s MNR requirements are vague, unreasonable, and serve only to block care and deny fair compensation.

Tridiagonal Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a good way to save money for the government, and get better result on patients in many medical problems. It's win win for everyone in the long run.

ASH is monopolizing the health industry. It is dishonest and manipulative.

Monopoly will make this country stubborn. We saw a lot of small businesses destroyed by these big corporations.

ASH violated the monopoly law by refusing to pay for medically necessary services and by discounting costs to far below the fair market rate, in violation of the law.
