The new policy is unfair, it brings undue administrative problems for the employers of future OFWs.
Many Filipinos will lose out on employment opportunities abroad because of this restrictive and easily abused policy.
My own brother is currently stuck in limbo because of this circular. We are nearing five thousand signatures so please send this link to those who deserve a fair chance at work.

My family is hurting because of these circulars and I am watching this count move toward our first major goal. I need you to send the link to your contacts right now so we can hit that milestone before the offices open. Let us keep moving until they have no choice but to listen to us.

Same here in Japan.

Filipinos lose a lot of opportunities to work abroad because companies abroad tend to get people from neighboring countries even though they dont have the proper qualifications because it takes little time and money to hire them. RIDICULOUS!

The POEA is NOT helpful to OFWs at all. This government agency is just a torture to all Filipinos who just dream to work abroad. Why can't we just register at the embassy of the country where we are going? I thought there is already an anti-red tape rule. POEA kept on requiring redundant requirements from OFWs!

This MC No 4 is just an extra burden for us. We just want to work legally and provide for our families. Why is the government making it so hard for us to leave?

Sayang yung oppurtunity!
