I think that there is too much homework. Sure, students need to do something to show the teacher that they understood whatever they learned. But, homework is extremely annoying in my opinion. It stops children from having fun. Parents are already stupid enough to sign us up for other things when they know that we have a lot of homework. From my experience, I only have like an hour of free time on weekdays. So, homework should be stopped, or at least lessened. Teachers should meet up with each other and talk about what they plan to assign. That way, students can enjoy their youth. As soon as they graduate out of high school, parents make them go to college. After that, it's work. When you are finally old enough to retire, you die. Or at least worry about death. Maybe even go to the hospital. Anyways, before college, that is the majority of the time in your life where you can have fun. But do adults care? NO! They couldn't care less and make you suffer. Homework stops kids from having awesome freedom. STOP HOMEWORK AND ENJOY LIFE!!!! -Amanda
