As we all know, bullying is a growing problem.  And verbal bullying is just as bad if not worse than physical bullying.  the steps already in place do not always work.  The system needs to be revamped.  Children who bully must know it is not ok to do so.  The factor of RESPECT MUST BE BROUGHT BACK!  And for those that ARE bullied, they MUST feel comfortable telling authoritative figures about such things, or else WE FAIL AS ADULTS
