Bullying is a enormous problem in our modern day society with over 13 million American kids being bullied every year. With the use of computers and technology, bullying has become increasingly easier. "Bully" is a documentary focused on peer-to-peer bullying in schools across America. I am starting a petition to mandate children in grades 2-12 to watch this 2011 documentary in the classroom and have every single student discuss and/or write a short paper on the impact bullying may have on others.

My son came home crying for 3 years straight. schools just dont care. this movie might open some eyes.
I agree bullying is a problem but, I think discussion and/or papers are not enough. I don't know what to suggest, I just feel it's not enough.
bullying is way worse now with phones and facebook. it never stops when they get home. crazy.
Children need all the help they can get from bullies, particularly shy or disable children. We must find a way to end this! Perhaps making the bullies parents responsible might be a good beginning.
Bullying has to stop. No child should have to experience it. We need to teach our children that Bullying in unacceptable.
