Is there a possibility of reconsidering the establishment of a second community center? Our current pool often experiences high traffic, making it less enjoyable to use. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It would be great to have a community jacuzzi and sauna.
How about we also add heating the pool in the winter. It may as well be drained and shutdown if it’s too cold to use. That is nonsense to not be able to use a pool for nearly 7months of the year, yet we still pay for the maintenance.

A sauna should be put in each of the men's and women's restrooms. 2 or 3 of the many showers that are not used often can be removed to make room for these.
