There's currently no sauna or Jacuzzi at Anthem Parkside.
It would be nice to have one, where adults (parents) can unwind at the end of their workday/week, in a healthy way to take the edge off, which improves our quality of health/life and stress management. Plus, it would me another nice way to meet our community members to create local comradery and friendships, on a regular basis.
The front desk staff said they don't currently have them due to liability for children.
Parents already are supposed to supervise their kids here, which is in place.
But, it's about updating insurance and rules about kids not allowed in, which covers Anthems' liability concerns.
Then, HOA would need to approve it.
I would like to submit this petition to Heather to show the community interest in implementing these amenities.

Reaching this level of support makes the hurdles ahead feel at least slightly more manageable. I am exhausted by the back and forth but seeing so many neighbors agree on this vision keeps me showing up.

Anthem Parkside resident, would love to have a hot tub and sauna. Was actually wondering why there wasn’t one when we moved here.
I have two family members who would love this (one plays a D1 sport in college so having this setup would be a great option after workouts during the summer).
I would love this addition as my husband started with Parkinson's and this would really help him. Thank you
I would love this. It’s something that I actually use as long as it’s not too crowded and no kids allowed.
We spend $100 a month at mountain side fitness and the main pro about mountainside is the sauna so I would absolutely love if they added one to the Anthem center!

Is there a possibility of reconsidering the establishment of a second community center? Our current pool often experiences high traffic, making it less enjoyable to use. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A sauna should be put in each of the men's and women's restrooms. 2 or 3 of the many showers that are not used often can be removed to make room for these.
