Racing needs to investigate this outrageous situation. The horse was obviously not fit run. Parx needs to step up and find out WHY this horse DIED ON TRACK. This is absolutely unacceptable. It calls loudly for an investigation including a necropsy.
The whole situation smacks of underhanded dealings and this animal died because possible criminal activity. PARX OFFICIALS, DO YOUR DUTY OR YOU ARE COMPLICIT.
