I am a bison producer in Iron county. The majority of my sales are from customers in other states that I have their animals processed locally for. With a current wait time for butchers around a year out it would greatly affect my ability to bring out of state income to our community to have another option to process meat
We need more custom butchers in the southern Utah area! I know Shawn personally and will vouch for his honesty, integrity and the high standards he upholds. Small businesses are the root of our economy and I hope he will be allowed to open his shop! On ten acres, why would there be any problems?
This man has taken courses on safe and cleanliness practices for butchering through Snow college he is taking the time to apprentice with a butcher he is clean neat and will run an amazing shop
Another meat shop is needed in this city. The current one is not able to keep up with the demands and is booked out years in advance. Shawn is a good man and will be of good service to the community.
Shawn is a very good person and trying to do better for his family by working close to home he has a huge property I doubt his closest neighbor is 300 yards away I'm 100% for having a backyard butcher in my neighborhood I live on 2481 West 5900 North
Shawn will do a great job. And we greatly need another shop. Booking times are months out with most shops.
We do need another meat shop!!! Can not wait!

Last year my wife and I had a cow butchered. Nearly every shop had well over a 3 month waiting period. We are definitely in need of another butcher shop in Iron County.
