We are disgusted with the Strata Council of Cartlon Court LMS2510 and the fact that we have had such a large increase to our strata fees. There should have been a Special General Meeting to address any repairs that needed to be funded, by a Special Levy. We feel that the Strata Council has imposed their own agenda at the expense of the rest of the owners of Carlton Court. This petition is a formal request that the Strata Council call a Special General Meeting to amend the 2013-2014 budget that would reduce the strata fees back down to the original strata fees that were in the 2012-2013 annual budget.
