Disgusting. They deserve much better than this.
Why is nobody doing anything yet?? They are starving and sick. Moscow authorities need to wake up and step in before it is too late.
Shameful situation. Hope they get rescued soon.
I cant even look at these photos without crying. Just horrific. Do something now.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. Animals are innocent and shouldn't have to suffer because of human incompetence. Please get them out of there.
