I see this guy often in the Taibach area,the poor dog is always distressed!!
Please get in touch with our local newspaper,to bring the RSPCA to shame over this matter.ive had experiences with them in the past when I have reported dogs being mistreated,they have done nothing,until I threatened to expose their lack of compassion to the media!! They soon come running....shame on you RSPCA!!!

Shame on the RSPCA. They need to do they jobs properly. How dare they leave these poor animals to suffer. Thanks to the neighbour who has organised this petition and keeps reporting this selfish animal hoarder. No excuses. Unforgivable.

I know this man, and I've seen him with the dog distressed on the back of the quad. A lot of people have had problems with him up cwmavon, very rude and not a nice man either. He has animals up here he mistreats aswell so this needs to be stopped

Bloody disgusting. Dealt with RSPCA before and I haven't got a good word to say about them! Go to local MP and to the papers, embarrass them into doing something.

I think this is very dangerous to the animals and the people who are breathing in the air he should be told to clear it up or be eviction in a month this is a terrible situation for the people and children who live around him actions should be taken .

As a Goytre resident I would like to see a change with this. The animals deserve to be treated fairly and I believe that the man is treating them unfairly.
