Something seriously needs to be done to this evil cruel individual, I have witnessed his actions and at one point had to chase one of his animals around a village where I lived as it was running around a main roads and cars was breaking and swerving all over the road he is not capable of looking after himself let alone inocent defenceless animals.

this needs to stop ,, it's absolutely ridiculous that's this has had to get to this stage anywa ,, the rspca should be responsible to come out in the first call regarding animal cruelty!!!

I saw this man yesterday morning on his Quad bike with the dog on the back. The dog was going nuts jumping around trying to get off. It was obviously scared. Thought it was going to strangle itself, poor thing

Vile disgusting creep of a man!!! Oxygen thief us what he is!! Lick him up in those horrific conditions!! RSPCA make me sick all about the money but never there to help! I have had many of dealings with them! Never respond to calls but quick enough with a call back asking for donations!!! Hope these poor animals get out soon and get a loving home that they deserve!!!

I find this so upsetting that he is allowed to treat these animals this way and that the RSPCA are ignoring the situation. This needs everyone's help to shame them into doing something.
