Animal abuse has been going on for a long time. I think this is unacceptable for this to keep happening to these innocent animals. Those bad people and gangs think that it's okay. What have the animals done to them? If they bite that doesn't mean you abuse them until they are pouring blood. They should be put down or given up for adoption. I don't agree with them because animals have a right to live a painful-free life. This is not how you treat these animals. I hope you agree with me and sign this petition.
