Have you ever seen a goose with feathers pointing out instead of flat? This is called Angel Wing. When you feed geese, ducks, or swans bread or any other carbohydrates, you are hurting them. This ruins their growth and makes their wing at an angle to where they aren't able to fly. This is why it isn't allowed at many lakes and parks.
