This petition is to prove that Andrew Thomas Fay is worthy of having visitation rights of Colin Thomas Fay. It was agreed upon between Andrew and Colin's mother, Erin Michelle Gross (Matthews), that Andrew receives visitation every Thursday of Colin Fay for 24 hours. That day cannot be changed unless agreed upon by both Andrew Fay and Erin Gross.
