this is so cruel dogs die of overheating in hot weather. Their necks have almost caused decapitation. It must be banned completely.

This is no way for a dog to live. Their lives are dreary to the end. They deserve better than to be kept at the end of a top for their whole lives

I don't want chaining anywhere! These poor babies in the hot sun and the cold of winter. NO BEING SHOULD EVER HAVE TO SUFFER THROUGH THAT!

Why do people own dogs then chain them up a dog is for life and a wonderful companion and friend who asks for nothing more than to be fed and loved is that to much to ask for and look what you get in return loved for life

it breaks my heart everytime i drive down the road and see one of these poor dogs attached to a tree with no shade or water. they are family not lawn ornaments. get them off the chains asap
