Was so sorry to hear this story. I hope you can get some justice for this event, but even more I hope you can get some help with your daughter's food allergies. Not sure if you're familiar with OIT or oral immunotherapy, but it can be done for any food if a dr. is willing, and it seems there are some OIT drs. near you in Va. Beach or outside Raleigh; see www.oit101.org for a list or more info. Good luck to you and your family; no one deserves to live like this.

The school system obviously screwed up royally. I am sorry for this incident and sorry the girl had to go through it when she was trying to help a friend.

This is atrocious & unfortunately it seems more & more schools are going this way. I'm sorry you all are going through this. Gabby could have had serious health consequences due to the actions of the bully & the lack of care provided by the bus driver.

At 11 that boy knew what he was doing. I say he should be charged with aggravated assault and made to do community service and counseling.
