An Urgent Call for Integrative Neuroimmune Clinics

We definitely need a better care for our kids, who are going through neuroinflammatiry conditions such as PANS/PANDAS, Autoimmune Encephalitis, immune-mediated encephalitis, CIRS. There should be more awareness, and it would really help to have specialized clinics that treat the medical side of things,- not psychiatric wards, where the root causes of neuroinflammation do not exist.

Please help! This disorder is extremely misunderstood and it is in need of more attention and research. My nephew has been diagnosed with this and at times he is unrecognizable.

Father of a child who was perfectly normal until contracting Covid at the age of 17. She is now 21 and totally dependent upon her mother and I.

My daughter has PANDAS and it’s a brutal disease with not much medical support or knowledge. She has found the most healing and help from Homeopathy, but she has some healing left to do. I’ve heard of several more families locally where we live also feeling with the same disease and it’s heartbreaking and traumatic for the whole family, but especially the child with the disease. Please consider helping these families- I think there are many misdiagnosed kids out there who also have this disease, so the numbers could actually be much higher. Thank you for your consideration.

Please we need help. This is a horrible disease our kids as well as the parents we are suffering. From what we knew once was our happy kids are just an emotional mess ridden with OCD and Anxiety. My son has PANS. Getting a diagnosis and treatment has been life changing. It was not easy for us parents should not have to fight as hard as I did to get help for their children.

It would also be wonderful if homeopathy was included on the list of recognized treatments. My son has healed dramatically from several PANS/PANDAS symptoms through classical homeopathy. Thank you for your consideration.

This issue is not reserved for children. Some children turn into adults that did not get the help they needed as children and there issues continue, compounded by even more basal ganglia encephalitis as adults. The resources for adults with this PANS type illness are even less than those for children. HELP

We reset my found out that my son has PANS after a year of therapy, abuse, and craziness. We are having such a hard time getting the correct treatment for my child. It should not be that hard to get the care a child needs.
