aswe are such a rich university that should be a cantre of excellence not only in building and teaching but in all the aspects that it encompasses i can not understand why this has got to this stage

The pay scale for PSS Staff is abysmal. Working for the University is certainly a pleasure and i am a proud employee however i feel the pay does not reflect fairness or equality and needs to be reviewed immediately.

I support this petition and the campaign for a decent pay rise and decent salaries for ALL university staff.
Pay for academic staff and for (now outsourced) catering staff is disgracefully low. Do the right thing and start showing some respect and humility to all your staff.

All we want is fair pay for all
Your support is greatly appreciated. Fruit and vegetables are too expensive we need some help from you through your support.
We are being made to feel grateful that we are getting any increase at all. My travel costs went up by 7% last year. 1% is effectively a pay cut.
Thank you for the 1% pay rise, however my council tax payment rose this year by 1.9%
I fully support the fair pay request that we are asking for and support the Unions in their goal to be heard.
