I strong value Russia and Ukrainian science and I wish dialogue and unarmed confrontation can be the solution to this crisis

Well, I am no European scientist but yes I am deeply aggrieved with the present situation. I am working in spain as a researcher in the area of aerospace manufacturing and the war has moved me personally. I never thought the individual efforts a researcher make to better/improve the quality of life and offer sustainability will be so neglected, misused and ignored. The war has been dealt with useless diplomatic meetings and in the process of scheduling such meetings, a country has lost too many lives. There is no value in pursuing research or working for small gains when we can not speak for greater losses. Whatever is happening, we lost strength to speak and support lives in Ukraine. The leaders must act swift understand that a war is no experiment to collect data (which I see for last four days). Pray this ends asap. SM
