respect for the law is the cornerstone of democracy. enforce the laws you create or you will will have no respect for the rule of law and anarchy is inevitable.

Never has st Julians been so filthy... pee in all the narrow streets of the village, garbage EVERYWHERE at any time of the day :((((

St Julians is in a bad state. Many are disregarding simple rules like yellow parking lines and taking out the garbage mornings only. The local council badly needs more funding and to use funds for cleanliness and order due to the many foreign residents and increase in population
