Hate Crimes in America are increasing and they need to be stopped. There are many recent cases of Asian Americans being attacked, and changes and educating kids K-12 need to happen. The hatred of people of color continues to increase, but nothing is being done to stop it. Kids in schools need to be educated, starting from the grade of Kindergarten. To help educate people about hate crimes and how to stop them, we need to begin in our school. Please sign this petition to support MA Bill HD. 1152 to approve grant funding to public schools for the purpose of preventing hate crimes and bias.

I have been reading through your messages and the stories of fear you are sharing are heartbreaking yet necessary. My own family feels this anxiety every single day when we step outside. We are currently working to get this bill in front of the right committee members so that our schools finally get the resources they need to teach compassion.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels heavy because it confirms how many of us are hurting and watching our communities suffer. This groundswell of support proves that we are finally ready to push for real change in our classrooms so our children do not have to inherit this fear.

no one should be scared of being attacked just for how they look. change is needed
Stop Asian Hate, they are decent human beings like all of us they don’t deserve to be killed/harmed just because where they come from or how they look like
