Need to start listen to the players and quit taking the few things away that we had to help us without spend thousands.

I love this game but prices need to be slightly lower and I think some events need to be more equally like time portal and I think it should be easier to but advanced teleporters.

Reasonable value for reasonable price should be the monetization scheme. Charging outrageous prices for a small handful of expendable game items that are often only "CHANCES" of getting something good has got to stop. You are killing your own game! Time and time again I have seen games adopt this monetization scheme only to prematurely kill the game. Millions of small payments will ALWAYS equal more total earnings than a tiny handful of outrageous sums. Virtually everyone will pay a couple bucks on a regular basis if what they get for it is helpful... Very very few people will spend hundreds let alone thousands on a mobile game. Wake up before you drive away your most loyal customers!

Everyone here loves this game. And many spend at least a few bucks a week. The current trend we've noticed is that it is becoming difficult to play without spending much more money.

I personally have spent quite a bit of money on this game. But I stopped spending money a couple of weeks ago. I would estimate that I spent at least $500 up until that point. I stopped because the game is suffering. There are new concepts that are constantly added designed to increase spending. The problem with that is the problems are never fixed. Anytime there is a part of the game that benefits the players it changes to make them spend money. The 5 times fragments event is a perfect example of this. Now it was reduced to 2 times and its going away. Another way to try to increase spending. You are slowly killing the game play which will ultimately result in less players spending. Focus on fixing the issues instead of creating new ways for players to spend money.

They need to give better awards and fix everything and let people play for fun and stop the credit card players from hitting other people some can't grow over them doing that.
Thank you
