Whereas AMR chose to take advantage of, and petitioned for, congressional pension reform and compensate executives with large bonuses since extracting huge concessions from their pilot group: We, the undersigned, believe legal action is required and must be taken against AMR for their neglect of fiduciary responsibility to fund their pilots Pension A Plan satisfactorily in the period leading up to their bankruptcy filing in November 2011.
