The talented deaf in Africa have equal rights and their talent is not utilised which deprived them from feeling neglected yet they are special people like others, my appeal is to include them in every sport opportunity without discrimination and give them.opportunity to show case what they have in spheres of sports like deaflympics and all related tournaments.
