I'm a undocumented immigrants. who have live in Canada for the pass nine years ,I Work leagally till my work permit expire. I have paid all my taxes, I got married and I have a 4 year old son .i file for refugee in Canada but it was refuse . I have try my best to do the right thing to stay in Canada legally .now I face the possibility of being deported from Canada ,Over the years I had one bad Immgrantion laywer after another I have paid thousands of dollars just to get my application refuse becasue of the bad Jobs these laywer did from factual errors to just plain misrepresentation.with that being said now I face deportation which mean I will leave my son behind. As a child I grew up with outback a father and I know how empty my childhood was now my son face the same future growing up with out me and that really break mt heart know that theris a possibility I will not be around to protect My child and do things that a father suppose to do with a child especially a BOY child,I'm start this petition asking the Prime Minister Mr Justin Trudeau to please look into this matter not my only case I know there's many similar case and many familes are being destroy and kids are force to grew up without the parents or parent .I know death and separation can make a child loose a parent ,but taking a parent from a child can be devastating .so I plead with you MR Prime Minister please act on this pressings issue and find a solution thanks
