The residence of Cynthia Ann Peterson is a safe and loving home where her children Kelly Renee Peterson and Christine Elizabeth Peterson have lived since December of 2009. Their father Daniel S. Peterson withdrew them from their schools in Plano to have them start attending school in San Antonio and live with their mother. This petition is ammend custody and give Cynthia Peterson primary custodial rights. Daniel has been unable to maintain employment and provide a safe home. He left the girls in primary care of Cynthia from October 2010 where they have been ever since.
