This Petition is to get the Tumbler Ridge Council members to amend the current Animal Control By-Law to include rules on cats in town. We would like it added to the current by law that owners could and will face penalties if their cat is caught in another yard causing any form of property damage or mess (Including urinating, defecting). As well as implementing a cat license or registration of said animal.
