Hey everyone!

First of all I want to thank you all for entrusting me as your class treasurer for the 2020-2021 school year. I honestly had to do some reflecting these last couple of days, because if I wanted to run again I want to make sure I am fully committed again to represent such a wonderful class.

Today, I made the decision to run again as your 2L Class Treasurer. Although the pandemic has made things complicated, I have learned a lot this past year and believe I can bring this experience with me to the Finance committee in 2L.

Within the finance committee, I held my ground to approve reimbursements for the Immigration Law Society (ILA) and the Woman’s Law Caucus. I successfully pressured the SBA to send us gift packages (which everyone should have received by now, please let me know if you have not**). Finally, I successfully financed our event “The Alumni Session”.

The Executive Treasurer, Joseph Sams, was a great help to me and I believe the experiences I gained from him and the entire finance committee would put me in a better position to further our class interests for the upcoming year. I will present my objectives for next year in the upcoming days.

With that being said, we can still accomplish greater things! I hope I can count on you to vote for me again this year! Thanks guys!
