I saw Michael Hoffer approximately eight times he would not diagnose me with Havana syndrome. He told me to go to the Fbi instead what do you make of this?

I'm going on 10+ years of this life sucking torture and nonstop pain and suffering.. I want what's left of my life back.. friends have died... May God have mercy on their souls..

I agree that the Havana Syndrome Act of 2021 will include all American citizen sooner rather than later, due to easier access to "directed energy weapons."
