I've been targeted for 8 years now

I live in Kettering Ohio and I have V2K I have shot with Directed, Energy weapons everyday over ten years and the scars to prove it. I want my life back I want reparations and want to be in a class action lawsuit to demand the government protect us from our own citizens damages I am being robbed everyday loss of job, my is brain being violated, broadcasted, heard for over 20 years. I receive hits to my head on regular bases by aerial weapons that target my head inside bldgs wherever I go. While driving, shopping, visiting friends, wherever. I simply cannot believe this is happening in the USA.
