Temporary Mobile Signs have made a big difference in businesses across the Municipality's. However some changes have affected large and small businesses and yes more so the Sign Companies themselves. Although some changes were necessary example too many signs on one property, on municipal property and many signs without permits, there are changes that have had adverse effects to all party's involved! Each Municipality have their own guidelines so with this I will address the City of Pickering specifically 1755 Pickering Parkway. This location has 35+ potential tenants and only 1 temporary mobile sign is prohibited. I understand that this was assessed by total frontage and where being on Brock Rd there is not enoughfrontage , yet we are permitted to erect a sign on Brock Rd?
