We, the undersigned, who are all Members in good standing of the Green Mansions Tennis and Swim Club, Inc., hereby petition the Board of Directors to include on the Agenda of the next annual GMT&S Membership meeting, a proposed Amendment to Separate the Water System from the Green Mansions Tennis and Swim Club.
