We the undersigned legal voters of the State of California hereby request that the California's State Legislative Body call for a constitutional amendment to have the voters consider the following article: Article 1. Shall the State of California constitutionally amend the In Home Supportive Services program in forbidden the elimination, transfer of fund and reduction of fund in the IHSS program for people with disability and senior citizen.
