A homeowner within city limits should be allowed to have several hens on their property for the purpose of their own consumption of eggs or chicken

If the hens are secured, cleaned up after and quiet, I believe they should be allowed in the backyard.

Chickens are a wonderful way for the people of Stirling to always have fresh eggs available. In a pinch fresh meat to!

Chickens are harmless, great pets and food supply for eggs, they are calm and relaxing! I don’t think they should be banned especially from an area with so much farm land around it:)
