I'm for animal rights!!!!! Love dogs & think we should protect dogs & cats! !!!! My dog is part of my family they feel just like humans & they live unconditional. They can do so much good as many different jobs!!!! Service dogs, military, k9 units & many more..... we do need them.

Cruelty to animals shows the true character of a person. Someone that will be cruel to a helpless animal that can't defend themselves, can't voice their fears or sadness or hurt Is a Disgrace to humanity. We are no better than they are if we continue to allow these crimes to go unpunished.

We need more stringent laws to protect all our animals... people who are cruel to animals will be cruel to people, too !!! Law enforcement and the courts need to ENFORCE REAL punishment for these people .... a fine or a slap on the hand is NOT good enough !!!!
