I work at a shelter and i see first hand the horrible things that people inflict on these innocent creatures every day. This should have been taken care of by our legislatures a long time ago.

It has been proven that ANYONE who can do these vile acts to an animal can and may do this to their wife, a child or any other human being. Stop it the first time instead of just a slap on the wrist.

Ms. is despartly in need of stiffer laws that can be easily enforced by law enforcement and be carried to trial. Dog and cat abuse are rampant in this state now due to the abusers knowing they most likely won't receive punishment due to very lax laws.
Please, give us what we who are against dog and cat abuse have been begging for year after year and that is laws that will give these evil people who abuse dogs and cats the punishment they desere.

No living creature should have to endure cruelty and torture. As our elected officials, it is within your authority and it is your responsibility to protect our pets.
