This was brought up at the meeting where the ordinance was voted on. The council would not listen to citizen's input before vote was made although some of us were fuming that they had made this stipulation. Very crooked on the council's part. Very disappointed in a town that is suppprted by vacationers.

Unfair law protecting big oak with no consideration for the folks that live full or part time in Indian Beach. This is protectionism.

I attended the July meeting and I think that this amendment is much better than the original ordinance that was created at said meeting. Further, allowing comments only after decisions have been made and votes cast make any and all comments rather a moot point. I believe that Indian Beach/Salter Path has some good representatives on the board and decisions can be made that are good for all....
