People on odsp can't afford to pay for taxis. This makes it more affordable for us to get around to appointments and to do groceries.

Uber everywhere else y not a company that has reasonable rates because anywhere in cornwall in 10 mins shouldnt be over 20$ and usually is

My question is why hasn't City of Cornwall and it's Council not already amended it's current by-laws to allow licensed and insured ride share program to operate within city limits.
